Q. How does eeParts notify me of activity on my purchases?

A. Currently, notification of activity is via e-mail or alternatively by fax or telephone.

Q. How does eeParts handle shipping, and who pays for shipping costs?

A. eeParts arranges the shipping, and shipping charges are the Buyer’s responsibility.

Q. What is the eeParts return policy?

A. Buyers have 5 working days from receipt of purchased material for inspection. RMA requests and/or credits will be considered only for nonconforming or nonfunctional items.

Q. What are the eeParts payment terms?

A. eeParts.com payment terms include the following: COD Company check, electronic check,  wire transfer or open account with prior eeParts credit department review and approval.
