	eeParts is your component marketplace—the online eeXchange™ where you can locate and purchase hard-to-find electronic components and semiconductors in just a few clicks.

	You can search the eeParts’ eeXchange for components and search for parts using At least the first 3 characters of the complete part number At least the first 3 characters of the base or root part number Up to 25 complete part numbers

	View the seller’s ask price, datecode and quantities for available components. You can make an anonymous bid by posting a quantity and bid price. If the buyer's bid price matches the seller's price, the transaction is automatically completed. The buyer and seller are then notified by electronic mail of the completed sale. If the buyer's bid is below the posted price, or if no price is listed, the seller is notified via email and can accept, decline, or counter the offer.

	When the transaction is accepted, eeParts then begins fulfillment of the order with billing and freight-forwarding operations. Qualified shippers pick up the products from the seller and deliver the product to the buyer, either directly or through an ISO9002 warehouse. Buyers have a five-day inspection period.
